I configured KDE night colour to be always have an effect during daytime (and
stronger effect during night time).
When KDE starts and the splash screen appears on X11 I see that the KDE logo is
tinted yellow which means that the night colour is on. However, during this
start-up sequence it suddenly changes to white and night colour gets turned off
until I restart kwin with "kwin_x11 --replace".
The same happens after a suspend/resume cycle: night colour is lost until KWin
is restarted.
