It does not. My primary interest is being able to invert day/night color, and
essentially delay "sunset" at will, without a timer. I almost always have a
3300k daylight color on, which makes a per application exceptions not great for
me, since exceptions will always go upwards to the default 6-6.5k (i forget
what the default is exactly).

I do think there should be a full screen apps exception list or toggle, and
that should be relatively easier to implement, since iirc with the way these
programs generally work, it may be very difficult to except only a region of
the screen from the filter. That may cover your use case, but that's neither
here nor there.
