SUMMARY
On X11, I observe that kwin starts to behave weirdly: Everything looks okay,
but using the mouse is broken: when I click on a window, I may activate a
window beneath the visible window, I can only move a single window. And trying
to activate a window via the plasma panel is not working at all - nothing can
be clicked or reacts to mouse hovers.
