STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. The task bar or task manager must be hidden. (auto hide)
2. Drag a document from Dolphin to the taskbar! The taskbar does not pop up!

OBSERVED RESULT
The Task Manager bar does not appear.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Task Manager should appear as soon as I touch it with the mouse pointer,
even if I drag a document there. In Plasma 5 this worked without any problems.
