SUMMARY
Wayland: Can't change on which screen desktop notifications show up in
multi-screen environment.
Currently they are showing only on most right screen (which is TV behind).
If I remember correctly previously/on X11 they appear on active screen (where
the mouse/active window), currently they always show on most right screen for
me.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Execute `notify-send "test"`
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification showing on a most right screen (in my case it's a TV behind me
dedicated for watching media).
EXPECTED RESULT
Notification showing on active screen (where the mouse pointer/active window
is?) or primary / selected in settings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I see I can change the position on the screen of the notification so I can set
it to be centered, but not the screen so it will still be centered on most
right screen for me.
