            Bug ID: 484594
Summary: External screen black except for mouse cursor
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: KScreen
           Version: 5.27.11
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: common
          Assignee: kscreen-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: rebeccalcot...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When I connect an External screen the external screen is black or showing parts
of the wallpaper. In any case no windows are shown there and I cannot interact
(nor see) windows in the external screen. This happens with any external screen
on any of my accounts.
I have tried reinstalling graphics drivers, deleted the files in
~/.local/share/kscreen/, but nothing changes. The display is recognised when
connecting, but then all I get is a mouse cursor moving across a black screen
on the external. The laptop screen is still working fine, with no issues.
I have had this issue for a while and no updates so far have made it go away.
There are no obvious errors or anything I can make out in the system.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
