My PC is UTC+2 (CET + DST).
At 09:58 local time, I added the caption "caption at 09:58".
Then Digikam added these lines to metadata of the file :
[XMP-x] XMP Toolkit : Image::ExifTool 12.70
[XMP-dc] Description : caption at 09:58
[XMP-digiKam] Captions Date Time Stamps : 2024-04-03T09:58:32Z
It would have to write 2024-04-03T07:58:32Z
