SUMMARY
Spectacle contains a configuration option named "Save Location", but this
option is actually specific to screenshots and there is not a way to configure
the save location for screen recordings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle configuration menu
2. Change Save Location from the default value
3. Take a screenshot and a screen recording
OBSERVED RESULT
The screenshot is save in the specified directory, but the screen recording is
saved in the user's Videos directory.
EXPECTED RESULT
Both the screenshot and screen recording are saved in the custom directory, or
there is a seperate configuration for screen recordings.
