SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Burn this to a USB:
https://files.kde.org/neon/images/user/20240411-1555/neon-user-20240411-1555.iso
2. Click on 'Install System'
OBSERVED RESULT
Calamares does not show up on screen. Using the Konsole to manually run
Calamares reveals:
neon@neon:~$ calamares
Not enabling extra modes
/usr/bin/_neon.calamares: symbol lookup error:

EXPECTED RESULT
Calamares loads, enabling one to install KDE Neon.
