SUMMARY
When I send files from my phone to my Windows Laptop, I don't get any kind of
notifications that I recieved a file. A very random use-case that I costed my
15 mins of my time is that I just sent a file from my phone to my laptop, I
can't find this file anywhere on my laptop but KDEConnect on phone says it was
sent succefully.
We should expect a notification on Windows Laptops that a file is recieved and
you can click on it to open folder or the file itself.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send file to a windows Laptop
OBSERVED RESULT
No notification about receiving a file
EXPECTED RESULT
A notification that a file was received with a button to open it or open folder
