Empty gaps in the list when running update
SUMMARY
When updating packages, for some reason entry of each package doesn't disappear
when updating is done, so it places empty gap in the list. You can see how it
looks like in attachment.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Updates tab
2. Run 'Update All'
3. Observe the bug
OBSERVED RESULT
Empty gap appear when package is done updating.
EXPECTED RESULT
Package entry should be removed from the list.
