after clicking the volume tray icon, a small circle appears
SUMMARY
After clicking a tray icon, a small circle appears instead of e.g. the pop out
window with volume sliders.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Vertical panel on right side of screen
2. Click volume tray icon
OBSERVED RESULT
Small circle appears next to tray. See attachment.
If you hover the mouse over it, the mouse cursor turns into arrows. Clicking
and dragging the arrows makes the window appear (not in the right place).
EXPECTED RESULT
Pop out window with volume sliders appears.
