Broken blur behind Kickoff
When the "cache texture" option in Blur (the default) is enabled on Wayland, on
screens other than the left-most the cached texture region is updated
incorrectly leading to artefacts.
My screen configuration:
left monitor: 1920x1200+0+0
right monitor: 1680x1050+1920+0
