SUMMARY
There currently is the "keep above other windows" property, it's useful for
cases like you want to watch a video in a small window whilst doing other
things. The problem is that if you set "keep above other windows" on an app, it
remains always-on-top, even if you maximise the window or enter full-screen
mode. When the app's window is maximised or full-screen, the always-on-top
property is no longer useful and causes more inconveniences (e.g., can't
temporarily see another window without minimising the always-on-top window).
So, it would be helpful if there is another property "keep above other windows
in window mode". This property keeps the window always-on-top, when the window
is a normal (not maximised, not full-screen) window.
