SUMMARY
I can't reproduce this bug with all icons on my desktop, but several of them
are affected.
I can reproduce with the icon of System Settings, for example.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add System Settings to desktop
2. rename System Settings icon on desktop to "System Settings asd"
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
the name of the icon renamed on desktop remains "System Settings". Restarting
plasmashell process does not update the name of the icon. If I open the desktop
folder with Dolphin, the name of the icon is "System Settings asd", as
expected.
EXPECTED RESULT
the name of an icon on desktop should always be updated after renaming
