Still happens with Firefox 125.0.1 and KDE Framework Version 5.115.0, Qt
Version 5.15.12 (built against 5.15.12). Workaround with setting Firefox flag
in about:config 

alerts.useSystemBackend=false

but this is a workaround and should be fixed properly.
