SUMMARY
When I invoke the command bar ("Find Action") via Ctrl+Alt+I in the System
Settings window, the popup is only partially visible - it's visible above the
navigation view, but the rest is obscured by the actual KCM view on the right -
see the attached screenshot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+I (or whatever shortcut you have configured for "Find
Action")
OBSERVED RESULT
The command bar is partially obscured by the window content.
EXPECTED RESULT
The command bar appears on top of all the window content.
