SUMMARY
GTK apps doesn't remember any options even in the current session. They doesn't
remember the Recent used locations and are showing the same location several
times. Here's a screenshot from File-Roller:

There are 4 times mozo and nothing on the recent used directories. It even
can't see where the file for extraction is located, It thinks it's in / but
it's in /media/sdc1/Games/:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a GTK app and use it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The app doesn't remember anything.
EXPECTED RESULT
The app should remember at least recent used directories as in Plasma 5.
