If I try to save a custom filter, and include a slash in the name of the
filter, Kdenlive crashes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply any filter to a clip
2. Save as custom filter
3. Choose a name that includes a slash (`/`)
OBSERVED RESULT
Kdenlive crashes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Warning that slashes in custom filter names are not supported.
