SUMMARY
It seems I can't toggle off rotation around pivot in krita if trying to free
transform a layer.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. draw some strokes on a new paint layer
2. activate the transform tool
3. move the pivot outside the shape
4. select rotate
5. rotate with your mouse or pen while turning on and off the "transform around
pivot point" button
6. while turning it on and off check the "rotate the selection clockwise"
buttons and see how it works with them
OBSERVED RESULT
Toggling off rotation around pivot only works for Scale, Shear, Position,
rotate 90° buttons, mirror, but it does not with Rotate
EXPECTED RESULT
Should work with rotate like with the rest
