SUMMARY
When clicking on the hamburger menu in the top right of the playlist, there are
options to toggle Artist, Rating and so on.
Unfortunately, ticking and un-ticking these does not seem to have an effect on
what is displayed in the Playlist.
I'll attach a screenshot that shows a wildly different selection than what is
displayed.

Amarok is built from source pulled from git master on 2024-05-25
It used to display all the ratings, etc, but I have recently started a clean
login profile, and from then on I am not seeing the ratings in the playlist,
which is what I am really interested in, as I am slowly going through my music
collection, fixing Genre and rating.
