STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into a wayland session
2. Try to move your pinned icons
OBSERVED RESULT
Wrong or different icons / programs are grabbed rather than the one you're
trying to move
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to order them any way you like.
