SUMMARY
Sometimes the face finder finds partial, obfuscated (read: painted, with dark
glasses, etc) or blurry faces. I want the ability to tag the face without
retraining the recognizer algorithm. This could be via a third button in the
NameOverlay.
PS: I have the impression I already reported this, but for some reason my bug
list is empty!
