SUMMARY
At login screen, hitting ESC turns the screen off. But if the screen is already
off, the screen will turn on, then off in a short time.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to KDE session
2. CTRL-L to lock the screen
3. Press or hold ESC
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen flashes
EXPECTED RESULT
Screens should go off when it's on, or stay off when it's already off
