SUMMARY
Sometimes, when a notification is mirrored from Android to Windows, the
notification will appear and play the notification sound like normal, but it
and the sound will very suddenly disappear within the second.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I have only observed this with Twitter notifications, since sometimes many
notification may come in around the same time (span of ~a few minutes?). Not
*fully* convinced this is related, so reproduction steps are unknown.
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification and it's sound may suddenly disappear after appearing.
EXPECTED RESULT
Notification to appear like normal.
