I have the laptop screen configured to 125% scale, the 4K screen to 100%
I'm using icons-only taskmanager: if you try to move the pinned icons into
another order, the mouse hovering on icon-A picks icon-B instead. This results
in a horrible mess (order of icons) because you cannot properly put them into
the position you want.
The same happens in gwenview: if you zoom high enough (see image) then the
zoom-box is outside of the picture-borders, and moving the white-outlined
zoom-box with the mouse becomes difficult (heavily dependent on the image you
are viewing)
Put all screens bac to 100% and all is fine again
