SUMMARY
Please see the attached screenshot first. Ignore the dark icons: they are
incorrectly used icons and unrelated to this issue.
Notice the icon/button Display Configuration is highlighted, but my cursor
isn't hovering over it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Status and Notification
2. Move your cursor over an icon/button
3. Then move your cursor out of it
OBSERVED RESULT
The icon/button is highlighted
EXPECTED RESULT
It shouldn't be highlighted after the cursor moves away from it
