STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install fedora (specifically Nobara 39)
2. Try to run Kile
3. Observe error message
OBSERVED RESULT
Error message in little window
"
Kile cannot start as a recent version of the Okular library could not be found.
Please install the Okular library before running Kile.
"
EXPECTED RESULT
Kile runs.
