This was always the case with EnvCan (couldn't find a bug report) and now NOAA
is affected too--even worse, unfortunately.
See attached screenshots: data is cut off on the bottom, and for NOAA, the
final icon is cut off on the right too.
The popup can be resized, so this isn't a catastrpohe, but it would be good to
get everything to fit at the default size.
