SUMMARY
If the user changes the defaut file format in which skanpage should save files,
it doesn't always respect the new default file format setting
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch SkanPage
2. go to SkanPage Settings > Default File Format and set it to PNG
3. scan a page
4. go to "save all" and save the image
5. now hit the "delete all" button
6. scan the page again
7. go to "save all" again
OBSERVED RESULT
the file format pre-selected in not PNG anymore, but PDF!!!
EXPECTED RESULT
the file format should continue to be PNG
