Demonstration of a bug

SUMMARY

Since Plasma 6.1, I've noticed a freeze on when I maximize and minimize
windows, when my panels are set to floating mode. It also happens when
switching desktops and the floating panel changing it's state from floating to
static. This occurs only with Wayland, Xorg doesn't suffer from this problem.
Seems like aa 6.1 regression because 6.0 doesn't suffer from this problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose Wayland KDE session
2. Add a panel to the top, set it to Floating and full width.
3. Open any app, try to maximize and minimize it. Or create a few virtual
desktops, open a an app full screen on it, and try to switch between them.

OBSERVED RESULT

Freezes during minimize and maximize.

EXPECTED RESULT

No freezing at all, like in Plasma 6.0

No freezes, like in Plasma 6.0

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I've attached a video of the freeze happening.
