Kwin logs

SUMMARY
kwin_wayland starts consumig huge amount of GPU% spontaneously

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch plasma with wayland
2. Do some stuff: (For instance open Firefox with some websites, open other
programs)
3. Check GPU utilization (it will be normal)
4. After some time (20-30min) check GPU Usage (it will be 50-60%)

OBSERVED RESULT
50-60% of GPU Utilization (3D) in intel_gpu_top on idle

EXPECTED RESULT
1% of GPU Utilization (3D) in intel_gpu_top

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Manjaro Linux

Kernel Version: 6.9.5-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12500H
Memory: 15,3 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® Graphics
Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
Product Name: XPS 15 9520

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have two monitors connected one is 1920*1200 and other is 4k (set to 150%
fractional scaling)
I'm sure that it isn't some other programs rendering their stuff because GPU
hogging persists even if I close all other programs (except for konsole which
is used to view GPU usage). Restarting kwin with `kwin_wayland --replace`
helps, but after a short time, problem reappears.
I'd be glad to share any other useful info, just ping me on that.
