SUMMARY
The keyboard switching shortcuts do not behave as expected in the lockscreen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure (at least) two keyboard layouts (I tested with exactly two)
2. Lock the screen
3. Try to switch layouts with Meta+Alt+K or Meta+Alt+L
OBSERVED RESULT
On X11, the Meta+Alt+K shortcut refuses to change the layout; it just shows a
popup of the current layout. Meta+Alt+L works but only after using Meta+Alt+K,
and moreover using it still enters characters into the password field.
On Wayland, Meta+Alt+K works as normal, but Meta+Alt+L doesn't work at all it
just presses the L key.
EXPECTED RESULT
The layouts switch normally, just as if the screen is unlocked
