Using the pre-installed (fusion, oxygen, QRCurve) styles causes the titlebars
to use default decoration colors even if the theme colors have been changed.
Trying to force color setting via more actions > special window/application
settings also fails as per this link;

Only Breeze deco/style adheres to colors set and/or force as per the link.
