            Bug ID: 490449
           Summary: Search inside Playlist
    Classification: Applications
           Product: Elisa
           Version: 23.08.5
          Platform: Kubuntu
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

>From time to time, you have a specific track in a playlist in mind to play
next.
However, especially when your playlist is long, it becomes nearly impossible to
find that track if a) you don't know the order of your playlist (which is most
often the case) and/or b) your playlist is shuffled.

That's where a track search would make sense.

For now, the search can be limited to searching by track title only.
In the future, I can also foresee the need to search by artist, lyrics, and so
on.
However, the most common case should be searching by title.

Proposed behavior:
When you activate the search (<kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>F</kbd> or
<kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>F</kbd> by default, or optionally from a button), you get
a small interface that lets you enter the search text, and navigate to the
next/previous match in the playlist.
The search automatically cycles from the end to the beginning if there is no
further match.
