A valuable feature to add to ghostwriter would be an "open folder" option in
the File menu, allowing for all .md files in a a folder to be shown in a tree
view in the sidebar. This would allow users to switch between multiple .md
files for note taking or bulk editing, rather than keeping multiple instances
of ghostwriter open.
