STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Date & Time KCM
2. click on "Time zone" tab
3. select any time zone but the current one
4. apply the change - the authentication dialog shows up
5. type your password and press enter
OBSERVED RESULT
after the last step, Date & Time KCM asks for password again
EXPECTED RESULT
Date & Time KCM asks for password once
