SUMMARY
When using the cube desktop effect with a skybox that is larger, activating the
effect can take 1 second to multiple seconds with a massive (16k) HDRi.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Obtain an HDRi (I am using https://polyhaven.com/a/dikhololo_night , the 4k
and 8k version show this off well, the 1k version is fast enough to not be
noticable) and set it to be used by the cube effect
2. Launch cube effect
OBSERVED RESULT
All graphics freeze while loading the skybox
EXPECTED RESULT
The desktop should not freeze, even if it takes time for the file to get loaded

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The HDRi is on an SSD, with an r5 5900x and rx 6700xt so low hardware specs I
don't think are the issue
In my opinion, the 8k version of the skybox is the minimum to be good on my
1080p screen
