Error on "Error loading QML file." when switching between sections of the
System Settings
SUMMARY
The issue is shown in the attached video. But this error is shown when I go
through diffrent sections fast by order as it's shown.
Error loading QML file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the system settings
2. click on the diffrent section from the top
3. when it comes to the "Sounds" or "Display & Monitor" You'll get the error
