SUMMARY
"System Settings" app does not remember maximized window state.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "System Settings" app and maximize it.
2. Close the app.
3. Re-open and see it is not maximized.
OBSERVED RESULT
Window stays un-maximized.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window should be re-maximized, remembering previous state.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 40
