SUMMARY
Element users send matrix.to links, but Neochat isn't opening those rooms.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Receive a message with this link on an account that federates with
ubuntu.com: https://matrix.to/#/#rockcraft:ubuntu.com
2. Click the link
Expected:
Neochat joins the room and switches to it, previews the room, or otherwise
provides some user response
Actual:
Neochat seems to do nothing.
