While trying to update Neon testing, I get the following:

1. Launch Konsole
2. Run sudo pkcon refresh
3. Run sudo pkcon update
OBSERVED RESULT
Neon testing won't update due to unmet dependencies
EXPECTED RESULT
Neon testing should update with no unmet dependencies error
