SUMMARY
Plasma KRDB inserts a timestamp everytime it touches settings.
It writes "created by KDE Plasma, <date>"


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open settings
2.  Try to change some color settings (not sure if you actually have to apply a
change)


OBSERVED RESULT
'# created by KDE Plasma, <timestam>' is inserted into the config file

EXPECTED RESULT
No timestamp
