SUMMARY
It will a good idea to have the possiblity to edit a new search from an already
saved search to avoid to begin a new search from nothing (interessed when our
search are similar but a little complex).
I believe the best way would be to have to ability to not saving automaticaly a
previous saved search when modifying it but to have a way to change it's name
before saving it.
Another way to do it, would be to add a choice to duplicate a saved search with
the contextuel menu (right mouse click)
