Apologies if this is the wrong place of filing this so please move it to
appropriate location.
Now, to the bug. Best way to describe it is in the title as well as attached
screenshot.
In the window decoration menu there are configuration icons above all the
various styles, except for oxygen.
If the window is maximized the icon is visible but when it's not the icon
doesn't show at all.
