SUMMARY
Latest update to Plasma made Konsole not launch.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update Kubuntu to the latest version
2. Launch Konsole
OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole does not open. Installing and trying to launch flatpak with a
different terminal emulator gives:
