Allow Pressing Shift + Meta + Mouse Left Click for Moving windows around with
Tiling
SUMMARY
Currently When moving a window around and wanting it to be tiled you have to do
Meta + Mouse Left Click to start dragging it around then click shift to allow
it to be tiled
What i would like is to be able to Press Meta + Shift + Mouse Left Click to
move around with tiling straight away
