SUMMARY
Repeated ALT+TAB leaks TAB inputs into focussed window
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open multiple windows that do something on TAB input, like text editors
2. Hold ALT
3. Press TAB at least two times
4. Release ALT
OBSERVED RESULT
TAB was sent to the originally focussed window one less time than it was
pressed in step 3
EXPECTED RESULT
No TAB inputs are sent to any window while ALT is being held
