SUMMARY
Dialog for adding keyboard layouts looks broken. Seems like one of keyboard
layouts doesn't fit into the list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to keyboard settings
2. Try to add a keyboard layout
OBSERVED RESULT
Search bar and list of keyboard layouts do not fit into the window.
EXPECTED RESULT
Search bar and list of layouts shouldn't clip through the window. Long lines
should be wrapped.
