SUMMARY
If Title haven't explained what I mean, then check out the video I attached.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to /home folder
2. Right click to call Context Menu and select "Open as Administrator"
3. Authorize yourself
4. Select your user directory
5. Use Alt+Return to call "Properties" menu
6. Go to "Permissions" tab

OBSERVED RESULT
Group entry is locked, you can't select your group for folder to assign. Same
goes for root / directory and other directories as well.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should work as it does in default mode.
